Universities are often multilingual environments, where English, the local language and employees’ other languages coexist. But how can we transform this multilingual environment, the co-existence of several languages, into a resource and an integrated plurilingual practice.
In this Networking Hub session, we will discuss the benefits of plurilingualism, how it might benefits PhD students and other employees and explore how workplaces can make better use of their linguistic diversity.
